Own Kashew’s lender relationships across South India. You’ll build and run our panel of banks and NBFCs, win the right commercials, and keep the partnerships humming.

What you’ll do

• Source, pitch and close tie-ups with banks & NBFCs across the southern states.
• Build and grow our lender panel so borrowers always get competing offers.
• Negotiate commercials, payout structures and SLAs with partner credit teams.
• Be the face of Kashew to senior lender stakeholders — and our voice internally on what lenders want.
• Track partner performance, turnaround times and approval rates, and act on them.

What we’re looking for

• 6–10 years in lending, DSA, or banking partnerships.
• A strong, active network with South-India lenders and NBFCs.
• Sharp commercial instincts and a track record of closing institutional deals.
• Comfort working independently across multiple cities.

Build Kashew end-to-end. You’ll ship features across our Flutter mobile app, Next.js web surfaces and Supabase backend — from the database to the pixel.

What you’ll do

• Design and ship features across Flutter, Next.js and Supabase.
• Model data in Postgres and write clean, well-considered APIs.
• Own features end-to-end — from spec to production to monitoring.
• Partner with design to turn flows into fast, delightful screens.
• Keep an eye on performance, reliability and security as we scale.

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years building production software.
• Strong in Flutter or React / Next.js (bonus: both).
• Solid Postgres and API-design fundamentals.
• A bias for shipping and a high bar for craft.

Keep the money tight. You’ll run reconciliations, partner payouts and the cashback ledger that sits at the heart of what Kashew promises borrowers.

What you’ll do

• Run daily and monthly reconciliations across lenders and payment rails.
• Process partner payouts and maintain the borrower cashback ledger.
• Handle GST and TDS workings, filings and compliance.
• Prepare clean MIS and dashboards for the leadership team.

What we’re looking for

• 1–4 years in a finance or accounts role.
• B.Com, or CA-inter (qualified or pursuing).
• Strong Excel and a genuine eye for detail.
• Care about getting every rupee to reconcile.
